“ I visited this small restaurant during my trip to Italy, and it truly left a lasting impression. The meal was outstanding — a memorable dining experience that will stay with me forever. The truffle pork was perfectly cooked; the meat was juicy and tender, with the truffle flavor beautifully balanced and not overpowering. Even the side bread was served with care and tasted homemade. Be sure to end your meal with their panna cotta — I had the best berries panna cotta I’ve ever tasted here. If I ever return to Montepulciano, this humble and lovely restaurant will be my first stop. Highly recommend this hidden gem nestled in the Montepulciano mountain. ”
“ Great experience overall. Started with an eggs with truffle dish, simple but let’s you taste the good flavor of every bit of truffles that came in generous serving. Their hand made pasta “Pici” is a must try. We ordered a carbonara style sauce with it, pici cooked to perfect al dente. Meat from the duck confit was falling off its bone, such deep flavors. The Steak Florentine was a tad disappointing- the T-bone wasn’t seared / charred as well on the outside as we would like it to be, also quite lacking in flavor. My take was steak wasn’t their specialty, I would stick to the other dishes on their menu. Service was excellent. Will highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a good restaurant within walking distance in the Montepulciano village. ”
“ I discovered this restaurant through Google Maps reviews, and I'm thrilled that I chose it. We started with bruschetta and the day's special, which was fried egg with truffle. We also shared a tomato soup with bread. It was absolutely fantastic! The flavor of the tomatoes reminded me of my childhood. Afterward, I had pici ragu, which was also amazing. We shared a lamb dish and absolutely fell in love with it. For dessert, I had tiramisu, and my husband had panna cotta with blueberries. I'm not exaggerating when I say it was out of this world! I highly recommend this restaurant. And before I forget, the service was excellent. It was a bit slow, but you won't mind because you'll be enjoying a great dinner! ”

The steak with lard and the gnocchi were particular highlights as well as the duck leg. Would highly recommend. “ I went here for lunch in a Saturday. We did not make a reservation and luckily were able to walk in but we were one of the last. It is small and seemed very popular with Italians and tourists. The experience was great the staff was very friendly. And the prices were reasonable. For two pasta dish two sides a dessert and a bottle of wine we spend about 70Euro. Like I said it is a small place but service was very fast and very friends. Honestly I loved the cauliflower which I wasn’t expecting but I recommend it. I would probably return ”
